Originally being directly involved in the creation and production of television shows, the many opportunities saw Tony grow as a strategic manager assisting companies develop new business operations and chart strategic growth to stay relevant in the changing media industry.

During a decade overseas developing markets and opening up foreign opportunities, Tony developed skills to navigate the various cultures and nuances of the local media industries, and negotiate commercial opportunities.
