Now in its third season, The Travelling Chef gives his passport a workout as he jets off to sample the menus of Kenya, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand and Fiji to name a few. 

Brett’s job is not just to create delicious meals. He’ll bring in expert local knowledge to source the tastiest elements of a special dish. The search for freshness extends to classic gathering and sometimes catching the ingredients first.
