Andrew Logie-Smith

Andrew has been a non-executive director of WTFN for more than a two decades and helped guide the company through its start-up phase. He took on the role of Chairman of the WTFN Group from founding Chairman Frank Dunphy.

Andrew Logie-Smith is an experienced commercial lawyer, company director and governance adviser with a substantial record of board, chair and company secretarial roles across commercial, not-for-profit, professional services, media, real estate, technology, engineering and heritage sectors.

Andrew brings a commercially geared and practical approach to board work. He is experienced in helping organisations identify strategic priorities, manage stakeholder expectations, navigate legal and commercial risk, and make decisions that are capable of implementation.

He brings the perspective of both an experienced adviser and an experienced director, enabling him to bridge the gap between formal governance requirements and the operational realities faced by executives.
