Andrew Logie-Smith

Andrew has been an independent director of WTFN for more than a decade and helped guide the company through its start-up phase. He recently took over the role of Chairman of the WTFN Group from founding Chairman Frank Dunphy.

Andrew is also a Partner at Colin Biggers & Paisley lawyers. Andrew’s professional interests lie in corporate and commercial law and consequently has significant experience in advising on complex commercial transactions both domestically and internationally, and his efforts focus on working to define and achieve business goals and outcomes.

Andrew’s energetic leadership style, forward thinking and commercially geared approach has enabled him to successfully fuse together business acumen and vision with his significant legal capabilities. In combination with his direct approach to communication, and capacity to quickly analyse and comprehend business opportunities and goals, Andrew is sought after as both an advisor to business and increasingly as an independent company director.
