Peel and dice the carrot, dice capsicum, broccoli stems and bacon, chop spring onions and roast chicken.
2. Cook the ingredients
Heat the fry pan, break the egg and spread along the base of the hot pan, cook carrots, broccoli stems, corn and bacon, add roast chicken, cold rice, spring onions, green peas and lastly capsicum. Pour soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil around the rice, toss to combine. Add Yum Yum, toss to combine.
