Radar launches dedicated Vet On The Hill YouTube Channel

The move follows success with the series on its dedicated Facebook channel.

Radar MCN has launched another owned-and-operated YouTube channel with Vet On The Hill.

The series, which was produced with Radar’s parent company WTFN, ran for three successful seasons and featured the life of vet Dr Scott Miller. It’s Facebook channel has nearly 1m subscribers and, according to Chief Commercial Officer Derek Dyson, the time was right to take it to YouTube.

“Vet On The Hill has already delighted fans on YouTube via our Bondi Vet channel. However, we felt it was time for the series to have its own home. We’ve been making new episodes with a range of UK vet talent and we’re certain global audiences will want to see more the series,” he said.

“Incredibly, search for the series is still very high on YouTube, despite the fact the series hasn’t broadcast for several years. It shows the power that established TV brands have on YouTube,” he added.

Radar MCN runs a network of over 30 channels including Bondi Vet, Vet On The Hill, Dog Whisperer and Oceanliner Designs. It works with global content partners including Network Seven and Cineverse to manage, monetise and optimise VOD channels.
